Who can use CredFolk

You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms. One person, one account. Accounts for businesses or brands aren't allowed.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Use your real name and only link accounts you own.

Reviews and content

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give CredFolk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, store, translate and share it as part of the service, including after you delete your account, in anonymised form.

Everything you post must follow the content guidelines. You're responsible for making sure your reviews are honest and based on your own experience.

Moderation

We can refuse, remove or edit labels on content that breaks these terms or the guidelines, and suspend accounts that break them repeatedly. We explain our decisions and you can appeal once.

Things you must not do

• Write fake reviews, or pay, reward or pressure anyone to write or remove one.
• Impersonate someone or link accounts you don't own.
• Scrape the site, use bots, or try to get around limits or security.
• Use CredFolk to harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.

Our service

CredFolk is in early access. We may change or stop features, and we don't promise the service will always be available or error-free. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not of CredFolk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, CredFolk isn't liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on reviews. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we'll tell you why.
